When you decide to place an ad in a newspaper, publication or telephone directory, why not place a really good ad? We’ll create an ad that’s the right size and the right style, and handle all the details of placement if desired.

We’ll get the specifications for the ad from the publication, typeset all your digitally-furnished copy1, color-correct, scale and crop your furnished high-resolution images2, layout all ad elements, prepare up to two generations of full-color proofs3 (additional laser proofs for late copy changes at no charge), prepare final disk files for output, and forward all digital files and proofs to you for submission to the publication.
We’ll also submit the final package directly to the publisher and handle the ad placement details if you’d prefer, for a nominal charge4.

- We’ll keyboard your brochure copy if you can’t furnish it digitally - additional charges may apply.
- If your images are not available in digital format, we can high-res scan your photo prints for $70 - 100 per image, depending on size. You may also use a high-res image from our digital Medical Images Library for $75 each.
- We will prepare and show subsequent color proofs at no charge if necessary, or for an additional charge if you require substantial design changes after the 2nd proof.
- We’ll act as your agent with the publisher (but will not be involved in the billing) for a fee of $75 per ad placement.
