Your patients or referring doctors will never know all the new features and services and people in your practice unless you tell them – and there’s no vehicle better than a colorful, detailed four page newletter.

Design specs:
We’ll typeset all your digitally-furnished copy1, color-correct, scale and crop your furnished high-resolution images2, layout all newsletter elements, prepare up to two generations of full-color proofs3 (additional laser proofs for late copy changes at no charge), prepare final disk files for output, and forward all digital files and proofs to press. 
Print specs: 11 x 17 flat, 8-1/2 x 3-3/4 folded, 4 color process printed two sides on 80# gloss enamel. Other sizes and formats are available - please call for more information.
Mailing specs: Your furnished patient or referrer list4 will be carrier-route sorted, then the newsletters will be inkjet addressed and mailed via Standard Mail5 (3rd class).

We can design and produce matching envelopes, instead of a self-mailer newsletter - please call for details.
  1. We’ll keyboard your newsletter copy if you can’t furnish it digitally - additional charges may apply.
  2. If your images are not available in digital format, we can high-res scan your photo prints for $70 - 100 per image, depending on size. You may also use a high-res image from our digital Medical Images Library for $75 each.
  3. We will prepare and show subsequent color proofs at no charge if necessary, or for an additional charge if you require substantial design changes after the 2nd proof.
  4. We can provide one-time usage mailing lists for geographic areas (by zip code or proximity) or by demographic selection (new movers, females, households with children, etc.) for an additional charge.
  5. Newsletters may be mailed at the higher pre-sorted First Class rate for greater impact and deliverability (wafer seals are also not required) at no additional production cost (postage will be higher).
