1. A page is considered to be no longer in depth than twice the width of the page. Additional charges may apply for exceptionally long pages.
2. Interactive pages are on-line forms that have their filled-in content e-mailed to you, and are not HIPAA-compliant. Please contact us if you require a secure server and compliant data transmittal.
3. Acrobat forms are created from your furnished digital forms. If necessary, we can create Acrobat forms from your hard copy forms for an additional charge.
4. Interactive Acrobat forms are created from your furnished digital forms, and are filled out on-line by your site visitor. The completed form can be e-mailed to you (HIPAA privacy issue) or sent to your EMR or practice management software for an additional charge. Exceedingly complex forms may result in an additional charge.
5. Royalty-free stock medical photos are available from our library for use on your website. High-resolution images also available for printed items.
