After many years of working with physician practices to develop websites and create and produce collateral marketing and communications materials, we’ve found that many of these projects take a long time to complete. Physicians are busy, and these items are not usually their first priority.

With this in mind, we prefer to bill as we go – invoicing as work is completed on a monthly basis. Details of this and other policies are shown below:

Website Development
We will bill $500 when we begin production on your website – the balance is billed as production continues. At the end of each month, we’ll bill for all pages uploaded during that period. Upon completion of the site, we’ll bill for remaining pages. There is no charge for minor changes to pages that have already been uploaded while your site is in production.

Website Hosting
We begin hosting your site when we start uploading pages to your domain name for your approval during site construction - billing will begin on the first day of the following month. We bill for the entire year, allowing one free month at the end of this term. There is a $25 one-time fee to create your hosting account.

Collateral Materials
We will bill for the layout and design portion of the job when we begin production. Printing and mailing will be billed upon completion of the job (certain larger jobs may require early billing for a portion of the total).

Postage
Postage is due and payable prior to the mail being processed, per U.S. Postal rules. We will notify you of the postage amount prior to mailing. A check payable to U.S. Postmaster for the total must be forwarded to us (we’ll present it to the Post Office) before the mail will be allowed to proceed.

Payment Terms
