Here’s where you tell your visitors where you are, when you’re there, and what you’re all about.

A building photo is recommended for this page. Try to get the best shot you can – we can remove people and vehicles from in front of the building in many cases, but a good after-hours shot (when the area is more deserted) is best. If an external shot is not available, a good photo of your reception area can work well.

For the main body of text, try to describe your practice without going into great detail about the services you provide (save that for the Services page). Make sure you list your office hours.

We’ll prepare a custom map to your office – if you want to highlight certain other buildings, either as landmarks or because you’re associated with them, please let us know (and provide their addresses). In most cases, a full size map page will be needed to provide the detail necessary for your visitors’ use (a click on the map or building photo in the About Us page will link to the Map Enlargement page).

Tha About Us page is where you’ll list both your phone number, fax number and e-mail address (if applicable). We’ll make your e-mail address a live link. You may want to consider having us create an email account based on your domain name - contact us for details.

For practices with multiple offices, you may want to consider a Locations Page, which could show a picture of each office along with a simple address. The visitor would click on the photo of the office they’re interested in and would be brought to a page for that office, with the appropriate map and office hours. This approach makes for a much less cluttered About Us page.

A link to an Insurance Information Page is very useful here. The addition of this page will save your reception staff countless questions, as visitors can easily determine the answer to this persistent question before they ever call.
