The set-up of your new E-mail account in an E-mail client program (like Outlook, Outlook Express, Microsoft Mail, Entourage Mail, AOL Mail, etc.) all follow the same basic rules.
We’ll confirm the account name (like Info@YourDomain.com) you requested, along with a valid password. That’s all you need to set-up your new account. Just follow these simple procedures for a typical Outlook Express installation (click here to see the same procedure in Mail for Microsoft Vista).
After launching Outlook Express, select Tools and then Accounts.
Select Add, then Mail
Enter the name you’d like your recipients to see here. Then click Next

Enter your complete e-mail address, then click Next
Select IMAP, then enter mail.yourdomain.com (“yourdomain” = your actual domain name) in both fields
Enter your complete E-Mail address and password. Check Remember password if you don’t want to be prompted each time you launch Outlook Express. Leave SPA unchecked. Click Next, and you’re done!
