You can redirect incoming messages to another e-mail address. By creating an e-mail redirect, messages are sent to a different e-mail box without requiring the sender to know the new address. Use this redirect feature to:
  • Temporarily forward mail when you’re unavailable.
  • Send mail to a new mailbox if the user is leaving the practice.
  • Forward mail to a new account, which will eventually replace this mailbox (useful if you’re changing your address but haven’t had time to inform all of your correspondents of the change).

To create a redirect, first click the Redirect box at the top left corner. Enter the appropriate e-mail address in the Redirect Address field, then click OK.
