The Secure WebForm is fully HIPAA-compliant, in that the patient completes the form on your web site, then uploaded to our secure server, and once submitted the form stays on the server (no e-mail transmittal occurs).
When the server receives the Secure WebForm a notification e-mail is sent to your office. When you click on the link in the e-mail message you’re taken to your page on our server, where you can view or print the form (you can view the form in its exact original format, not just as a series of fields). You may export the form data in several formats, including Excel®, Word® and PDF.
Electronic Medical Record Savvy
Because WebForms present their data as simple text (or optionally as HL7 code), your IT personnel may be able to import the form results into your EMR or Practice Management System. There may be an additional charge to coordinate with some EMR or PMS products.
